1 Where is Eliana’s Hall?
Located in Door 5 Bldg 1 MS Land Matina Davao City (near Davao Light Matina). Walk-In Hours: 1:00-5:00 PM Daily.

2 What events do you accept?
Birthdays, weddings, christenings, company and private gatherings (25–100 pax).

3 What services do you offer?
Event packages (food, venue, decor, etc.), venue rental only, outside catering via GCS.

4 Are there hidden charges?
None. Only rate plus published 2k security deposit (refundable via Gcash).

5 How to book/ask for quote?
See our website. Find & click "ORDER FORM" button. Send event details.

6 Is there a downpayment?
Reservation Date Block: ₱5,000 (deductible).
Downpayment: 50% required to confirm booking.
Balance: Due 3 days before event
PROMO applies only sa fully-paid orders.

General FAQ

7 Can we visit the hall?
Yes, oculars viewing **daily @ 1–5 PM** (caretaker onsite). Call Admin 0981 366 0744 for more questions. OBS (Online Booking System) is our main way of transaction..

8 Any corkages & other terms?
No corkages for food, drinks, lechon, cakes, etc. Kids 3 years old and below are not counted (just provide their food).

9 Excess fees & charges?
Advance order of ADDTL BUFFET GUEST (P400-P750 per head) as well as max 10 ADDTL ENTRANCE GUESTS P150 per head (client provides food). Disposables are prohibited, i.e. paper plates & plastics utensils. Extend hour P500/hour.

10 What payment options?
GCash, Maya, BPI, Security Bank, or Cash onsite (secure quote first before any payment). Always DM your proof of payment to our OFFICIAL PAGE.

11 Can we bring our own decor or other supplier?
Yes, with prior coordination. For now po, we do not allow outside professional lights & sounds (big events equipment) due to some technicalities. Also party poppers not allowed.

12 Can we reschedule?
Yes, subject to hall availability; payments no cancellation.

Menu FAQ

How many viands?
Package has 4 viands + rice, coke glass with ice, dessert, free fruits, buffet station servers, utensils, skirting, accents, lechon station. Lechon chopping tools for rent P150. Lechon Chopper P550.

What are these 4 viands?
As per poster, 1 beef | 1 chicken | 1 veggie | 1 noodle. Choose 1 dish per category.

Do you have set menus (see menu list)?
Yes, we have pre-made list with Filipino dishes that are most chosen as per our experience.

Can we change the menu?
Yes, you can swap dishes. Beef to Pork or Fish or Chicken. Chicken to Fish. Veggie to Noodle or Rolls. Noodle to Soup. Other items are add-orders.

Do you serve pork-free or vegetarian options?
Yes, we can adjust the menu (halaal or SDA diet) — just inform us in advance.

Can we request additional dishes?
Yes, add-ons are allowed with separate rates.

Do you include drinks and desserts?
Yes, all packages come with coke (baso with ice), mineral water, and dessert unless noted otherwise.

Is there food tasting?
Yes, by appointment and subject to schedule. P2,000 good for 2 pax for food package inclusion.

Do you allow outside food?
Yes, as long as from safe sources.

Setup FAQ

Is decoration included in the package?
Yes, the venue has built-in decor, i.e. basic backdrop, guests area linens, skirting, and centerpieces are included.
 INTIMATE or ESSENTIAL packages = Basic built-in, 3 hours use
VENUE RENTAL package  = Basic built-in, 3 hours use
CELEBRATION Package = Upgraded decor, 4 hours use
PREMIUM Packages =  Upgraded decor, 4 hours use, plus freebies

Can we choose our theme or color motif?
Yes, choose up to 2 colors. Special decor, send theme photos for quotation.

Can we bring our own decorator? Do you have a sound system?
Allowed with coordination. Minor setup only. Hall must be restored. Sound, 2 mics, and lights included.

Do you offer balloon or floral setups?
Yes, we have **add-on options** for balloons, florals, stage styling, cakes, lechon, food trays, packed meals, etc. Ask admin for rates.

I have photobooth or visual presentation or programme.
Photobooth area at patio. Smart TV available (no projector). Just bring HDMI connector. We can recommend an emcee.

Can I upgrade to a premium if I initially booked essential?
Yes, you may do so subject to availability & event requirements.

When is the setup done?
Usually 1 hour before the event. Your guests can start coming in 30 minutes before your listed event time.

Do you have a generator?
Regrettably, we do not have a generator. Since 2022, we have experienced 3 blackouts where 2 of these affected the event services.
